VPG Stock Incentive Program definition

VPG Stock Incentive Program means the Vishay Precision Group, Inc. 2010 Stock Incentive Program.

Executive shall not be eligible for any new Annual Incentive Plan grants, Long-Term Cash Incentive Plan grants, or any other grants of stock options, RSUs, or other equity awards under the Omnibus Plan during the Severance Period.

  • Share Option Plan means any equity incentive plan of the General Partner, the General Partner Entity, the Partnership and/or any Affiliate of the Partnership.

  • Performance Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a Holder with respect to a Performance Award.
