Voting Trust Certificate definition
Voting Trust Certificate has the meaning given to it in Section 2.6(c).
Voting Trust Certificate means a certificate of an officer of the Corporation evidencing the beneficial ownership by such Shareholder of the Deposited Shares held by the Voting Trustee on behalf of such Shareholder.
