VOM definition

VOM has the meaning set forth in Section 1 of Exhibit S.
VOM is the value of originating materials used in the production of the good in the territory of one or both of the Parties.
VOM means variable operation and maintenance cost in $/MWh, including but not limited to startup/shutdown costs ($/startup or $/shutdown), running costs, and overhaul costs ($/specified number of hours of operation) (see Exhibit 2 of Agreement Schedule 1.00).

VOM means volatile organic material as that term is used under 35 Ill. Admin. Code Part 205.
