Voluntary renewable energy market account definition

Voluntary renewable energy market account means an account into which the Department will allocate one percent of the CO2 allowances for each allocation year from the New Jersey CO2 Budget Trading Program annual base budget and manage to support the functioning of the voluntary renewable energy market.
