Voluntary Offer definition

Voluntary Offer means a voluntary offer for the Target Shares to be made by Nordax Bank pursuant to section 6-19 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
Voluntary Offer means an offer which is not an offer under Rule 9 or Rule 37 of Part B; “voting right” has the meaning assigned to it by the Act;
Voluntary Offer shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 4.8.
