Termination of Services by the Company without Cause, Termination of Services due to Death or Disability or Voluntary Cessation of Services by the Participant for Good Reason.
This is without prejudice of this lack of compliance by any of the Managers being considered (as the case may be) a "fair cause" for the Voluntary Cessation (as defined below) of the same.
Involuntary Withdrawal means, with respect to any Member, the occurrence of any of the following events:
Voluntary Termination means termination by the Employee of the Employee's employment with the Company, excluding termination by reason of Employee's death or disability as described in Sections 2.5 and 2.6.
Voluntary Withdrawal means a Member’s dissociation with the Company by means other than by a Transfer or an Involuntary Withdrawal.
Involuntary Termination means a termination of your employment with the Company pursuant to either (i) a termination initiated by the Company without Cause, or (ii) your resignation for Good Reason, and provided in either case such termination constitutes a Separation from Service. An Involuntary Termination does not include any other termination of your employment, including a termination due to your death or disability.
Cessation Date means the date of Participant’s Termination of Service (regardless of the reason for such termination).
