Voluntary Cessation definition

Voluntary Cessation. As defined in Section 7.2(d).

Examples of Voluntary Cessation in a sentence

  • Termination of Services by the Company without Cause, Termination of Services due to Death or Disability or Voluntary Cessation of Services by the Participant for Good Reason.

  • This is without prejudice of this lack of compliance by any of the Managers being considered (as the case may be) a "fair cause" for the Voluntary Cessation (as defined below) of the same.

Related to Voluntary Cessation

  • Involuntary Withdrawal means, with respect to any Member, the occurrence of any of the following events:

  • Voluntary Termination means termination by the Employee of the Employee's employment with the Company, excluding termination by reason of Employee's death or disability as described in Sections 2.5 and 2.6.

  • Voluntary Withdrawal means a Member’s dissociation with the Company by means other than by a Transfer or an Involuntary Withdrawal.

  • Involuntary Termination means a termination of your employment with the Company pursuant to either (i) a termination initiated by the Company without Cause, or (ii) your resignation for Good Reason, and provided in either case such termination constitutes a Separation from Service. An Involuntary Termination does not include any other termination of your employment, including a termination due to your death or disability.

  • Cessation Date means the date of Participant’s Termination of Service (regardless of the reason for such termination).
