  • The budget earmarked for this initiative is EUR 3.370.000,00 (2017).

  • This excludes revenue from the Voisey's Bay project.71 Voisey’s Bay Area: The Nunatsiavut government will receive 5% of provincial revenues from subsurface resources in the Voisey's Bay area.72 The LILCA defines resource revenues as any royalty tax that is received by the province under the Mining and Mineral Rights Tax Act, the Petroleum and Natural Gas Act, the Quarry Materials Act or the Mineral Act.

  • Subject to this section, the management of Wildlife, Plants, Habitat, Fish, Aquatic Plants and Fish Habitat in the Voisey’s Bay Area, including the allocation of Wildlife, Fish and Plants, shall be carried out under Laws of General Application unless otherwise agreed in a written agreement between the Parties incorporating the terms of an Overlap Agreement.

Such flooding is characterized by ponding or sheet flow.

  • danger area means an airspace of defined dimensions within which activities dangerous to the flight of aircraft may exist at specified times;

Credit toward this Contract’s MBE and WBE participation goals shall be limited to the participation of firms performing within their Area of Specialty.

  • Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Management Program means a management program covering the duration of a state permit for a municipal separate storm sewer system that includes a comprehensive planning process that involves public participation and intergovernmental coordination, to reduce the discharge of pollutants to the maximum extent practicable, to protect water quality, and to satisfy the appropriate water quality requirements of the CWA and regulations, and this article and its attendant regulations, using management practices, control techniques, and system, design, and engineering methods, and such other provisions that are appropriate.

  • Containment building means a hazardous waste management unit that is used to store or treat hazardous waste pursuant to the provisions of Subpart DD of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 724 and Subpart DD of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 725.
