  • The Vitel Distributions shall be received by the Trustee in the Trust Account, and it shall provide them to Beneficiary B pursuant to the provisions of Clause VII of this Agreement.

  • The provisions of this Clause 5.1(a) are in addition to, and separate from, any similar covenants and restrictions in respect of Confidential Information to which a party hereto may be subject by reason of any employment or consulting relationship with OBMP and/or Vitel (as applicable) or its Affiliates or the transactions contemplated herein.
