Vista Meeting definition

Vista Meeting means the special meeting of the Vista Securityholders held for the purpose of considering and approving the Arrangement and the transactions contemplated thereby by way of the Arrangement Resolution;

Examples of Vista Meeting in a sentence

  • A Holder may exercise dissent rights (“Dissent Rights”) conferred by the Interim Order in connection with the Arrangement in the manner set out in the Interim Order, provided the Notice of Dissent is received by Vista by no later than at or before the Vista Meeting.

  • Open meeting or "public meeting" means a meeting at which the public may be present.
