  • As per our Verification and AML Policy, the documents required will include, amongst others, an identification document that shows the Client’s full name as shown in the Client’s Account, address identification documents and the Client’s External Virtual Currency Wallet addresses for each Virtual Currency the Client requests, in order for the Company to approve the Client’s External Virtual Wallet as a Verified External Virtual Wallet.

  • If for any reason your Transaction is cancelled or refused, then we will proceed to refund your Virtual Wallet in accordance with the amount previously received.

  • When you choose to add funds to your Virtual Wallet or pay for a transfer using our ACH Pull direct debit feature and by providing Your Bank Account details or your bank login details and requesting a Transaction, you authorize us to initiate electronic credits and debits to Your Bank Account through the automated clearinghouse (ACH) network in order to process the requested Transaction, including any applicable fees and charges.

  • The Lender may opt for a Virtual Wallet where he may park his money for the purpose of investing his funds.

  • We are not the provider of the Virtual Wallet and we are not responsible for providing the Virtual Wallet service to you.
