Virtual Valuation definition

Virtual Valuation means a Valuation in respect of a property undertaken without a physical inspection of the property.

  • Where possible, Third Party Photos (other than photos sourced from the property contact who has not been attributed) have been attributed to the source from which we obtained the photo in the Virtual Valuation.

  • Initial Valuation means, when used with reference to specified Collateral, the Valuation initially performed for the Collateral as of the date on which the Collateral was added to the Collateral Pool. The Initial Valuation for each of the Initial Mortgaged Properties is as set forth in Exhibit A to the Agreement.

  • Annual Valuation Date means the Valuation Date each calendar year so designated by the Trust, commencing in the calendar year 2003.

  • Company Valuation means $435,000,000.

  • SPS FR Barrier Valuation Date means the Settlement Price Date.
