Virtual Transactions Net Activity definition

Virtual Transactions Net Activity means the aggregate net total, resulting from Virtual Transactions, of (i) Spot Market Energy charges, (ii) Transmission Congestion Charges, and (iii) Transmission Loss Charges, calculated as set forth in Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix.   • Retail transaction means the purchase of prepaid wireless telecommunications service from a seller for any purpose other than resale.
