Virtual Digital Goods definition

Virtual Digital Goods means any virtual, digital representation of any actual or fictional thing or item within Zynga Poker, which is capable of being made available for distribution, placement, download or other display by electronic means. Any other deductions must be mutually agreed upon in advance and in writing by the parties.
