VIP areas definition

VIP areas means those areas in the Melbourne Casino reserved for the use of Commission Based Players and certain designated members of the Company’s complex wide loyalty program and guests and comprising as at the Tenth Variation Commencement Date those areas known as “Teak Room”, “Mahogany Room”, “Riverside Slots” and the private salons on levels 29 and 39 of “Crown Towers”.”
VIP areas means those areas designated by IHC and THBC as hospitality areas within the Facilities.
VIP areas means the area(s) within the Facility that provide a separate, private VIP food and beverage venue and access to certain luxury boxes and premium seating within the Amphitheater.

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • Discovery Area means that part of the Contract Area about which, based upon Discovery and the results obtained from a Well or Xxxxx drilled in such part, the Contractor is of the opinion that Petroleum exists and is likely to be produced in commercial quantities.

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Building site means a plot of land held for building purposes, whether any building is actually erected thereupon or not, and includes the open ground or courtyard enclosed by, or adjacent to, any building erected thereupon;
