Vintage Pool definition

Vintage Pool means and refers to, at any given time, all Pledged Leases that were originated in a particular fiscal month. By way of example, and not by way of limitation, all Pledged Leases that were originated in a single fiscal month shall constitute one Vintage Pool, regardless of when Borrower purchases said Pledged Leases from Holdings.

Vintage Pool means and refers to, at any given time, all Consumer Loans that were originated by FinWise Bank in a particular calendar month. By way of example, and not by way of limitation, all Consumer Loans that were originated in December 2018 shall constitute one Vintage Pool for the calendar month that ended on December 31, 2018; all Consumer Loans that were originated in January 2019 shall constitute one Vintage Pool for the calendar month that ended on January 31, 2019; all Consumer Loans that were originated in February 2019 shall constitute one Vintage Pool for the calendar month that ended on February 28, 2019; and so on.

Vintage Pool means a group of three Monthly Vintage Pools in a common calendar quarter.

• The Cumulative Cash Collection Percentage Ratio for any Vintage Pool is less than the Advance Rate Trigger Cumulative Cash Collection Percentage Ratio for the corresponding thirty (30) day period set forth on Exhibit H-3 since the first payment date for each Lease within each such Vintage Pool.

• The Charge-off Percentage Ratio for any Vintage Pool exceeds the Advance Rate Trigger Charge-off Percentage Ratio for the corresponding thirty (30) day period set forth on Exhibit H-4 since the first payment date for each Lease within each such Vintage Pool.

• The First Payment Default Ratio for any Vintage Pool (excluding the Vintage Pool originated during the month ending on the date of determination (i.e. as of end of December 2019, excluding the December 2019 Vintage Pool)) exceeds the Default Trigger First Payment Default Ratio (T+30) ratio set forth on Exhibit H-1.

• The Cumulative Cash Collection Percentage Ratio for any Vintage Pool is less than the Default Trigger Cumulative Cash Collection Percentage Ratio for the corresponding month set forth on Exhibit H-3 since the first payment date for each Lease within each such Vintage Pool.

More Definitions of Vintage Pool

Vintage Pool means, as of any date of determination occurring after the last day of the last calendar quarter of 2009, the pool of all automobile receivables originated, or acquired from Eligible Dealers by the Originator during any completed calendar quarter. The first such calendar quarter to be measured will be the quarter ending December 31, 2009.

Vintage Pool means, as of any date of determination, the pool of Receivables originated by Holdings or the Receivables Account Bank and acquired by Company during any completed Fiscal Quarter. The Q2 Vintage Pool shall also be deemed a Vintage Pool for all purposes hereunder. Except with respect to the Q2 Vintage Pool, the first Fiscal Quarter to be measured will be the quarter ending September 30, 2013.

Vintage Pool means as of any date of determination occurring between the Closing Date and the Funding Termination Date, the pool of all automobile receivables originated, or acquired from Dealers, by the Seller during any completed calendar quarter from December 31, 2010, through the calendar quarter ending immediately prior to such date of determination.

Vintage Pool means, as of any date of determination, the pool of Receivables originated by Holdings or the Receivables Account Bank and acquired by Company during any completed Fiscal Quarter.

Vintage Pool means and refers to, at any given time, all Curo Receivables that were originated in a particular calendar month. By way of example, and not by way of limitation, all Curo Receivables that were originated in June 2016 shall constitute one Vintage Pool for the calendar month that ended on June 30, 2016; all Curo Receivables that were purchased in July 2016 shall constitute one Vintage Pool for the calendar month that ended on July 31, 2016; all Curo Receivables that were purchased in August 2016 shall constitute one Vintage Pool for the calendar month that ended on August 31, 2016; and so on.
