Viking Arrangement definition

Viking Arrangement means the Plan of Arrangement involving the Trust, HOC, Viking, Viking Holdings Inc., Trust securityholders and Viking unitholders as approved by the Trust securityholders and the Viking unitholders on February 2, 2006 and effective February 3, 2006.
Viking Arrangement means the Plan of Arrangement involving the Trust, HOC, Viking, Viking Holdings Inc., Harvest securityholders and Viking unitholders as approved by the Harvest securityholders and the Viking unitholders on February 2, 2006 and effective February 3, 2006. Certain other terms used herein but not defined herein are defined in the Arrangement Agreement and, unless the context otherwise requires, shall have the same meanings herein as in the Arrangement Agreement.
