Vidus Consultant means a consultant of Vidus who becomes a Consultant of the Company or a Subsidiary in connection with the acquisition of Vidus by the Company.

Executive Employee means those employees of the Company of Grade Level 10 or above.
Employee means an employee of the Contractor directly engaged in the performance of work under the contract who has other than a minimal impact or involvement in contract performance.
Non-Management Director means any Person selected in accordance with Article IV of this Agreement who is not a Management Director.
Lead Director means, at any given time, the lead, independent member (if any) elected as such by the Board and occupying such position.
Subcontractor employee, as used in this clause, means any officer, partner, employee, or agent of a subcontractor.
