The following terms relate to the offer to supply Photography and/or Videography services ("the Services") by "the Company" to the "Client".

If another photographer cannot be assigned in time for the Event, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Videography & Photography shall promptly return to Client all fees previously paid by Client, and shall then have no further liability with respect to this Agreement.
In the event of any unanticipated photographer illness, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Videography & Photography shall make reasonable efforts to substitute another competent professional.
