Vicwest definition

Vicwest means Vicwest Inc., a corporation existing under the laws of the Province of Ontario; “Vicwest Board” means the board of directors of Vicwest as the same is constituted from time to time;
Vicwest means Vicwest Inc., a corporation existing under the laws of the Province of Ontario.
