Vicious Dogs definition

Vicious Dogs means any dog with a propensity, tendency or disposition to attack, cause injury or otherwise endanger the safety of human beings or other domestic animals as evidenced by its habitual or repeated chasing or snapping, barking and/or snarling in a threatening manner, assaults and / or attacks without provocation, or is trained for the purpose of dog fighting. Sec. 9-3 Application and License.
Vicious Dogs means a dog with ancestry properly classified as any of the following breeds of dogs:
Vicious Dogs means any dog, whatever its age, whether on public or private property, which has:• Without provocation, chased, injured or bitten any other domestic animal or human; or• Without provocation, damaged or destroyed any public or private property; or• Without provocation, threatened or created the reasonable apprehension of a threat to other domestic animals or humans; or• Is a continuing threat of serious harm to other animals or humans.Which in the opinion or a Justice, presents a threat of serious harm to other domestic animals or humans; or• Has been previously determined to be a vicious dog under this bylaw.
