Viber Policies definition

Viber Policies means the then in-effect terms and conditions and/or policies which apply to any user or entity using the Viber App and available at viber.com.

Examples of Viber Policies in a sentence

  • Customer will submit Advertising Materials pursuant to these Terms and in accordance with the then-existing Viber Policies.

  • These Terms, the IO and the Viber Policies reflect the entire agreement between the Parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior understanding, agreements or communication, whether oral or written, between the Parties.

  • If Advertising Materials are not in compliance with the Viber Policies, Viber is not required to guarantee full delivery of the IO.

  • Viber reserves the right within its discretion and without prior notice to reject or remove from the Viber Properties any Ads for which the Advertising Materials, software code associated with the Advertising Materials (e.g. pixels, tags, JavaScript), or the website to which the Ad is linked do not comply with Viber Policies, or that in Viber’s sole reasonable judgment, do not comply with any applicable law, regulation, or other judicial or administrative order.

  • Viber reserves the right within its discretion to reject or remove from the Viber Properties any Ads for which the Advertising Materials, software code associated with the Advertising Materials (e.g. pixels, tags, JavaScript), or the website to which the Ad is linked do not comply with Viber Policies, or that in Viber’s sole reasonable judgment, do not comply with any applicable law, regulation, or other judicial or administrative order.
