ViaWest definition

ViaWest shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble of this Agreement.
ViaWest means ViaWest, Inc., a corporation subject to the laws of the State of Colorado; and

Related to ViaWest

  • Network Resource shall have the meaning as provided in the NYISO OATT, for such resources located in New York, and the meaning as provided in the PJM OATT, for such resources located in PJM.

  • Comcast means Comcast Corporation, a Pennsylvania corporation.

  • Network Rail means Network Rail Infrastructure Limited, a company registered in England under company number 02904587 and having its registered office at 0 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx XX0 0XX;

  • Sprint means a set period of time during which specific work is realized and made ready for review.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • AMC means Annual Maintenance Contract

  • Wireless service provider means a person that provides wireless service to the public.

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Telehealth means the mode of delivering health care services and public health via information and communication technologies to facilitate the diagnosis, consultation, treatment, education, care management, and self-managements of a patient’s health care while the patient is at the originating site and the health care provider is at a distant site. Telehealth facilitates patient self-management and caregiver support for patients and includes synchronous interactions and asynchronous store and forward transfers.

  • Accenture means the Accenture entity that is a party to the Agreement and its Affiliates (collectively, “Accenture”).

  • MCI means Medical Council of India constituted under section 3 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (Central Act No. 102 of 1956);

  • Broadband or “Broadband Service” means any service defined as Broadband, or having advanced telecommunications capability, in the most recent Federal Communications Commission inquiry pursuant to Section 706 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (P.L. 104-104).2

  • Gateway means the BT electronic gateway, used for all ordering or fault reporting as described in the relevant section of the Handbook;

  • Dell means Dell Inc., a Delaware corporation.

  • Personal wireless services means commercial mobile services, unlicensed wireless services, and common carrier wireless exchange access services, as defined by federal laws and regulations.

  • Network Service Provider means PacifiCorp Transmission, as a provider of network service to PacifiCorp under the Tariff.

  • CSC means the Civil Service Commission of the City and County of San Francisco.

  • ACE means the instantaneous difference between a Balancing Authority’s net actual and scheduled interchange, taking into account the effects of Frequency Bias and correction for meter error.

  • Apple means Apple Inc., a California corporation with its principal place of business at Xxx Xxxxx Xxxx Xxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx 00000, U.S.A.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Horizon means a layer of soil, approximately parallel to the surface, that has distinct characteristics produced by soil forming processes.

  • Constellation has the meaning assigned to that term in the Recitals.

  • AT&T MISSOURI means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Missouri.

  • STC means the Special Terms and Conditions of Contract.

  • Network Operator means the network operator who operates the wireless network of networks to which the SIM Cards are connected.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).
