Viability Assessment definition

Viability Assessment means the assessment of the condition referred to in point (b) of Article 21(1) of the SRM Regulation;
Viability Assessment means an assessment of the viability of the Development and the Griffin Park Redevelopment prepared on an open book basis and comprising any update to the viability assessment prepared and submitted in support of the Planning Application and including actual Costs and Revenues where such Costs and Revenues have been ascertained and otherwise up-to-date estimates for Costs and Revenues to ascertain whether there is a Surplus or a Deficit and in the case of the former the sum of such Surplus.
Viability Assessment means an open book assessment prepared by or on behalf of the Owner in connection with the Relevant Balance of the Development which (save for any Early Viability Assessment) has been prepared in accordance with the Viability Review Template and the Parties agree that Viability Assessment 1 and Viability Assessment 2 (but not any Early Viability Assessment) shall only be forward looking and will not seek to clawback under provision of Affordable Housing Units (either by way of Deferred Affordable Housing Contribution or through a Deferred Affordable Housing Scheme(s)) in earlier Phases that occurred before the date of any Viability Review;
