Vetting Purposes. Client shall be expected to provide certain information to Identify Check regarding the nature of its business so that Identify Check may appropriately “vet” Client before providing Reports.Among other things, Client shall provide a photocopy of Client’s business license, Federal Tax ID/Employer Identification Number and/or articles of incorporation.If Client has been in business LESS than one (1) year, Client must also send a photo copy of two of the following items:A copy of a utility or telephone bill in the business name for services at the principal place of business, a copy of the lease or proof of property ownership, a copy of a bank statement addressed to the Client, or a copy of the commercial insurance under Client’s name.

Related to Vetting Purposes

  • Permitted Purposes means evaluating the Project, preparing a Proposal, and any other use permitted by the RFP or this Participation Agreement;

  • Agreed Purposes as defined in Section 10.14.

  • Cost of Services is FASC’s total Operating Costs incurred in providing the applicable Category of Services during the month to all investment advisers for which FASC provides that Category of Services. “Adviser’s Assets under Management” is the total average assets under management for the month for all Accounts or portions thereof for which the Adviser acts as investment adviser or subadvisor and which utilize the Category of Services.

  • School purposes means purposes that customarily take place at the direction of a teacher or the Board, or aid in the administration of school activities, including but not limited to instruction in the classroom, administrative activities and collaboration among students, school personnel or parents or legal guardians of students.

  • Multiple purposes in relation to a property, shall mean the use of a property for more than one purpose.

  • Permitted Purpose means any activity or process to be undertaken or supervised by a Staff member of one Party during the term of this Agreement, for which purpose authorised disclosure of the other Party’s Confidential Information or Intellectual Property is a prerequisite in order to enable such activity or process to be accomplished;

  • Residential purposes means use for dwelling or recreational purposes, or both.
