Vesting Date Value definition

Vesting Date Value means the notional value, as at a particular date, of the Fair Market Value of one Share.
Vesting Date Value means the closing price of the Shares on the NYSE on the trading day immediately preceding the Vesting Date.

Related to Vesting Date Value

  • Award Value means the value, in dollars, of an award made to a Participant and as stated in the applicable Award Agreement, which is provided under the Plan in the form of PSUs or RSUs, as the case may be.

  • Initial Vesting Date means the date occurring one (1) year after the Date of Option Grant.

  • Deferred Share Unit or “DSU” means a unit equivalent in value to a Share, credited by means of a bookkeeping entry in the books of the Corporation in accordance with Article 7;
