More Definitions of Vesting Computation Period

Vesting Computation Period means the 12 consecutive month period ending on the last day of the Plan Year that includes an Employee’s Employment Commencement Date and the last day of each subsequent Plan Year. If elected in Article I or if the elapsed time method is selected in Article I, Vesting Computation Period means each 12 consecutive month period beginning on the Employee’s Employment Commencement Date and any subsequent 12 consecutive month period commencing on any anniversary date of the Employee’s Employment Commencement Date.
Vesting Computation Period means the 12 consecutive month period used to measure Years of Vesting Service and Breaks in Service for purposes of vesting. The 12 consecutive month period used for the Vesting Computation Period shall be the Plan Year. Effective January 1, 2006, except as otherwise provided in Section 3.13, the provisions of (his Section shall no longer apply for purposes of determining Vesting Service.
