Vested Share Units means Vested Performance Share Units and Vested Restricted Share Units, as applicable, and “Vested Share Unit” means any one of them;

At such times as the Corporation shall determine, the Corporation shall furnish the Participant with a statement setting forth the details of his or her Share Units including the Grant Date and the Vested Share Units and unvested Share Units held by each Participant.
The conditions may relate to all or any portion of the Share Units in a grant and may be graduated such that different percentages of the Share Units in a grant will become Vested Share Units depending on the extent of satisfaction of one or more such conditions.
Vested Share Units may be settled in a lump sum or in installments.
Unless otherwise determined by the Corporation pursuant to Section 8.2, on a Participant’s Termination Date, any Share Units in a Participant’s Account which are not Vested Share Units shall terminate and be forfeited.

More Definitions of Vested Share Units

Vested Share Units means Share Units which have vested in accordance with the terms of this Plan and/or the terms of the applicable Grant Agreement; and

Vested Share Units means Share Units that have vested.

Subject to prior compliance with Section 10 and Section 12 below, once the Restricted Share Units granted hereby become Vested Share Units, whether pursuant to Section 2 or Sections 5(a), (b) or (d) hereof, the Plan Administrator shall arrange for the transfer to the Participant of a corresponding number of Shares equal to the number of those Vested Share Units.
