Vested Option Exercise Amount means the aggregate exercise price payable with respect to all Vested Company Options that would be deducted from the amounts paid with respect to Vested Company Options pursuant to Section 2.5 hereof.
Aggregate Option Exercise Price means an amount equal to the aggregate dollar amount of the exercise price on all Company Options outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time.
Vested Option means any Option, which has already been vested according to the Vesting Dates.
Option Exercise Price means the price at which a share of Common Stock may be purchased upon the exercise of an Option.
Unvested Option means an Option in respect of which the relevant Vesting Conditions have not been satisfied and as such, the Option Grantee has not become eligible to exercise the Option.
Exercise Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2(a).
Option Exercise Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.1.
Vested Options means the Options that have vested in accordance with Section 2.2 of this Agreement.
Minimum Exercise Amount means the Minimum Exercise Amount as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Option Exercise Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(c).
Option Exercise Period has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(c).
Related Option means an Option with respect to which a Stock Appreciation Right has been granted.
Initial Exercise Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.1.
Initial Warrant Exercise Date means __________, 1997.
Warrant Exercise Price means $0.04 per share.
Vested Shares means "Vested Shares" as defined in the Award Agreement.
New Exercise Date means a new Exercise Date if the Administrator shortens any Offering Period then in progress.
Unissued Option Shares means the number of Shares, at a particular time, which have been reserved for issuance upon the exercise of an Option but which have not been issued, as adjusted from time to time in accordance with the provisions of section 5, such adjustments to be cumulative.
Total Exercise Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(a) hereof.
Top-Up Option has the meaning set forth in Section 1.04(a).
Warrant Exercise Period shall commence (subject to Section 6(d) below), on the later of:
Option Purchase Price has the meaning set forth in Section 9.36(b) hereof.
Option Price means the price at which a Share may be purchased by a Participant pursuant to an Option.
Exercise Price means the initial exercise price or the adjusted exercise price, depending on the context.
Optioned Shares means the common shares of the Company, issuable on exercise of the Option; and
3(i) Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is Non- Employee.
Cash Exercise with respect to Warrant Shares; and/or
