Vested Dish Option Exercise Price means the exercise price for the applicable Vested Dish Option.
Vested Dish Option Exercise Price means the exercise price for the applicable Vested Dish Option. “WARN Act” is defined in Section 3.13(b).
Aggregate Option Exercise Price means an amount equal to the aggregate dollar amount of the exercise price on all Company Options outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time.

Exchange Price means as of any date, $1,000, divided by the Exchange Rate as of such date.
