Vessel Owning Companies means American Challenger LLC, American Dynasty LLC, American Triumph LLC, Ocean Rover LLC, Northern Eagle LLC, Northern Hawk LLC, Northern Xxxxxx LLC and Katie Xxx LLC, each a Delaware limited liability company, and Deep Pacific, LLC, Xxxxx Xxx, LLC, and North Cape Fisheries, LLC, each a Washington limited liability company, and their respective successors, together with any other Credit Party or Subsidiary at any time owning any Vessel.

  • PRC Companies means, collectively, all entities listed in Appendix A hereof, and each, a “PRC Company”.

  • Founding Companies has the meaning set forth in the third recital of this Agreement.
