The Authority shall give instructions for vessels to anchor in one of the anchorage areas designated for vessels carrying dangerous cargo at the Atlantic or Pacific entrance, as the case may be, as described in Chapter III of this Regulation (Vessel Arrival and Anchorage).
Vessel means every description of watercraft, other than a seaplane on the water, used or capable of being used as a means of transportation on water.
Ship means a vessel of any type whatsoever operating in the marine environment and includes hydrofoil boats, air-cushion vehicles, submersibles, floating craft and fixed or floating platforms.
storage vessel means a pressure vessel as defined in the Regulations for Pressure Vessels made under the Occupational Health and Safety Act;
Vessels shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals.
Coasting has the meaning given by regulations under subsection (3) of section 60B of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 in relation to a school to which that section applies.
