Vessel Arrival definition

Vessel Arrival means the date and time that a vessel is initially tied to a berth with first line.

  • The Authority shall give instructions for vessels to anchor in one of the anchorage areas designated for vessels carrying dangerous cargo at the Atlantic or Pacific entrance, as the case may be, as described in Chapter III of this Regulation (Vessel Arrival and Anchorage).

  • Vessel means every description of watercraft, other than a seaplane on the water, used or capable of being used as a means of transportation on water.
