VESOP definition

VESOP means the Valero Employees' Stock Ownership Plan of Valero Energy Corporation, effective as of February 15, 1989.

"VRM Rights" shall have the meaning set forth in the third paragraph of this Agreement. "VRM Rights Agreement" shall have the meaning set forth in the third paragraph of this Agreement.
