Vermont Health Information Exchange definition

Vermont Health Information Exchange or “VHIE” means the secure, statewide data network which gives health care providers, ACOs, and other approved users the ability to electronically exchange and access medical records.
Vermont Health Information Exchange. (“VHIE”) shall mean the health information exchange network operated by VITL.
