Verification Terms and Conditions definition

Verification Terms and Conditions means the terms, conditions, restrictions and limitations applicable to each Verified MTN Zakhele Futhi Shareholder and acknowledged and accepted by such Verified MTN Zakhele Futhi Shareholder during the BEE Verification process;
