Verification Operation definition

Verification Operation means a period of maximum 2 months after Installation of System on Production platform during which the properties of the System with Hardware are verified and functionality of the System is tested in non – public area with data from Production AODB data.
Verification Operation means a period of maximum two (2) months after Installation, Integration and Implementation of the ▇▇▇▇▇/CUSS core System and at least one (1) dedicated End User Workplace and at least one (1) CUSS kiosk, during which the properties of the System with Hardware will be verified and functionality of the System and individual airline applications listed in Annex No.7 will be tested. Verification Operation will run simultaneously and shall not interfere with current system operation. Part of the Verification operation will be also testing of compliance with the CIS hardening politics, as stated in Annex No. 2. Additional expressions may be defined directly in the text of the Agreement, in which case the definition is in bold letters and introduced by words “hereinafter referred to as” and upon each next occurrence in the text of the Agreement the expression is written with capital initial letters. Expressions in singular include the plural as well and vice versa, expressions referring to persons include both natural as well as legal persons.
Verification Operation means the time period of ten Business Days from the Contractor's request during which the properties of the supplied Ordered Work are checked and its functionality is tested according to the delivered Documents on the Test Platform, in the Customer's technical conditions and with with datas from Production AODB.

More Definitions of Verification Operation

Verification Operation means a period of fourteen (14) days from the Contractor’s invitation, during which the Ordered Performance is tested and the properties of the Software are verified with actual data and testing its functionality described in the Documentation, in accordance with the Art. IV.5 hereof.
Verification Operation means a period of fourteen (14) Calendar Days after the completion of each stage according to Annex 3 to hereto, unless otherwise agreed between the Parties, after completion of the Installation of each stage according to Annex 3 hereto and Integration and at the request of the Contractor, during which (i) testing of the delivered Hardware and Software scheduled for the stage in accordance with Annex 3 hereto (ii) verifying the performance of the delivered Performance in accordance with the submitted Documentation; and (iii) ) testing the functionality of the delivered Performance will be performed. Within the scope of the Verification Operation, the Client is entitled to verify the compliance of the delivered Performance with the safety requirements specified in Annex 4 to this Contract.
