Verification Calls definition

Verification Calls means the independent telephonic verification, in its entirety, with a consumer confirming the Insurance Products purchased and the disclosures provided therein.

  • All such recorded Sales Calls and Verification Calls shall be retained for a period of five (5) years from the date of the call.
