Verfication, definition

Verfication, as used herein, shall mean that Seller has, in fact, successfully received all necessary Order information and requirements (e.g. quantity, price, delivery date, part number, and revision level) from electronic mailbox and shall serve as Seller's notification to Buyer of both the receipt of the electronic Order from Buyer and the occurrence of any discrepancies relating to the readiablity of such electronic Order.
