VEREIT definition

VEREIT means VEREIT, Inc., a Maryland corporation;
VEREIT s Counsel” means Milbank LLP (“Milbank”), or any successor counsel to VEREIT should Milbank no longer be providing counsel to VEREIT in connection with the matters herein.
VEREIT shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble hereof.
