VERB FINANCIAL STATEMENTS means the most recent audited and unaudited financial statements of Verb in the public record, being, as at the date hereof, Verb's audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2001 and Verb's unaudited financial statements for the third quarter ended September 30, 2002;
VERB FINANCIAL STATEMENTS means the audited financial statements of Verb for the years ended December 31, 2000 and 2001.
