Vendor profile definition

Vendor profile means the profile data of the Vendor which includes; descriptive texts, all relevant contact information and Vendor documentation, photographs and video links;
Vendor profile means Vendor’s listing and description of Equipment and / or Services, features thereof and other information that is listed by a Vendor as available for Booking via the Platform. "Tax" or "Taxes" mean any sales taxes, goods and services taxes (GST), or other taxes and fees that Vendors may be required by law to collect and remit to governmental agencies, and other similar municipal, state, federal and national indirect or other withholding and personal or corporate income taxes.
