Vendor Policies definition

Vendor Policies has the meaning set out in Section 2.1(28)(a).
Vendor Policies means, collectively, any and all of the insurance policies through which coverage is or has been provided by or to a Vendor, the Company, the Subsidiaries, any predecessor to any of the foregoing or any of their respective Affiliates, including, without limitation:
Vendor Policies or “VP” refers to each, every and all written notifications sent to the Vendor now and again by Leasetech outlining the policies or procedures which need to be followed by the Vendor in connection to any part of the relationship that has been drawn up between the parties, including any funders, either directly or with the use of third parties who provide services. Examples of Vendor Policies in a sentence

  • Each of the Vendor Policies is valid and subsisting and in good standing, there is no default thereunder and the Vendor is entitled to all rights and benefits thereunder.

  • MI-WIC Vendor Policies 7.03 Administrative Review and 7.04 Administrative Hearings establish a process by which a Vendor may request administrative review or administrative hearing.

  • The Vendor has not failed to give any notice or present any claim under any of the Vendor Policies in a due and timely fashion.

  • Except as described in Schedule 6.17 Part (c), and except for software that is commercially available to the public, no Loan Party is a party to, nor is bound by, any inbound license or other similar agreement, the failure, breach or termination of which could reasonably be expected to cause a Material Adverse Effect, or that prohibits or otherwise restricts the Loan Parties from granting a security interest in the applicable Loan Party’s interest in such license or agreement or any other property.

  • Vendor will ensure its personnel are aware of information risks and appropriately trained in Vendor Policies.

  • DPI may modify these Vendor Policies, in its sole discretion, upon fifteen (15) days’ prior written notice.
