Vendor Machines definition

Vendor Machines means those Machines leased or owned by Vendor or Vendor Agents that are used by Vendor or Vendor Agents to provide the Services.
Vendor Machines means those Machines leased or owned by the Vendor or the Vendor Agents that are used by (a) the Vendor to provide, or in connection with, the Services, and (b) the Vendor Agents to provide services to the Vendor or to the AOC Group on behalf of the Vendor in connection with the Vendor’s provision of the Services.
Vendor Machines means any and all machines, equipment, and associated attachments, features, accessories and peripheral devices leased or owned by Vendor or any Subcontractor and used by Vendor or any Subcontractor, in any event that do not constitute Work Product.

Examples of Vendor Machines in a sentence

  • Fidelity understands and agrees that Vendor is the exclusive owner of, and holds and shall retain, all right, title and interest in and to, Vendor Tools, Vendor Software and Vendor Machines, and Fidelity shall have no ownership or use rights therein except as set forth herein.

  • Vendor shall be responsible, at no charge to Fidelity, for any required modification or enhancement to, or substitution for, Vendor Software or Vendor Machines from that specified in a Work Order.

  • Vendor Tools, and Vendor Machines shall (i) handle data input before, during, and after January 1, 2000 accurately and without interruption; (ii) function accurately and without interruption; (iii) store, process, and provide output of date information in ways that are unambiguous as to century; and (iv) be fully interoperable with all other Work Product, Fidelity Software and Operating Environment which provide the functions referred to in (i), (ii), and (iii) of this Section 12.1(m).

  • Except as may be pre-approved by Fidelity in writing, Vendor shall not make any changes or modifications to Vendor Software or Vendor Machines that would adversely affect the Services or the price, scope or timely delivery of the Services.

  • Vendor shall make Vendor Software and Vendor Machines available to Fidelity in connection with the Services during the applicable Work Order Term including any End of Term Assistance Period, at no additional cost to Fidelity.

  • All Vendor Software and Vendor Machines are, or shall be, and shall remain the exclusive property of Vendor, or if applicable, Vendor's third party licensors, and Fidelity shall have no rights or interests in or to Vendor Software or Vendor Machines, except as set forth in this Agreement.

  • Fidelity shall have the right to approve in writing any Vendor Software and Vendor Machines prior to such use.

Related to Vendor Machines

  • Slot machine means a mechanical or electronic gambling game device into which a player may deposit currency or forms of cashless wagering and from which certain numbers of credits are awarded when a particular configuration of symbols or events is displayed on the machine.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier or its Affiliates which is used or supplied by the Supplier in the provision of the Services; Supplier Staff means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; Time and Materials means the pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out at paragraph Error: Reference source not found in the SOW; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) as amended or replaced or any other regulations or UK legislation implementing the Acquired Rights Directive; Velocity means the Metric which measures the total number of Story Points for Stories that have been accepted in a Sprint, indicating the rate of progress towards Acceptance of all Stories from the Product Backlog;

  • Products and Services means the products and/or services to be sold by Vendor hereunder as identified and described on Attachment A hereto and incorporated herein, as may be updated from time to time by Vendor to reflect products and/or services offered by Vendor generally to its customers.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • Consumables means where the context permits, Digital Print Consumables, Inkjet Printing System Consumables and Prepress Consumables.

  • Kiosk means a department in a RIME Store.

  • OEM means Original Equipment Manufacturer.

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Equipments and ‘Plants’ shall mean and include all sorts of machineries and accessories, apparatus, instruments, components manufactured articles and parts etc. to be supplied or provided by the contractor under the terms of the contract , unless otherwise specified

In determining whether medical equipment has a value in excess of the capital expenditure minimum, the value of studies, surveys, designs, plans, working drawings, specifications, and other activities essential to the acquisition of such equipment shall be included.

  • Manufacturer means the person or body who is responsible to the approval authority for all aspects of the type approval process and for ensuring conformity of production. It is not essential that the person or body is directly involved in all stage of the construction of the vehicle, system, component or separate technical unit which is the subject of the approval process.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Catalog means the available list of tangible personal property or services, in the most current listing, regardless of date, during the life of the contract, that takes the form of a catalog, price list, schedule, shelf price or other form that:

  • MANUFACTURERS means M/s and shall include their legal representatives, successors, and assigns.

  • Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including the Software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System);

  • Users mean individuals who are authorized by Customer to use the Subscription Service, subject to the terms of this Agreement, and have been supplied user identifications and passwords by Customer. Users may include, for example, Customer’s and its Affiliates’ employees, consultants, clients, external users, contractors, agents and authorized third parties.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;
