Vendor A means Mongolia Yiluohe Steel and Iron Mining Company Limited ( 蒙 古 伊 羅 河 鐵 礦 有 限 公 司 *) , a company incorporated in the BVI with limited liability, holder of 300,000 shares in the Target Company representing approximately 30% of the issued share capital of the Target Company and a company wholly owned by Mr. Li;
