Vending Machine sign means a sign that is incorporated into and designed as a part of a vending machine.
Vending Machine sign means a permanent sign installed by the manufacturer on a fuel pump, vending machine, or similar outdoor object.
Vending machine means a self-service device that, upon insertion of a coin, paper currency, token, card, or key, or by optional manual operation, dispenses unit servings of food in bulk or in packages without the necessity of replenishing the device between each vending operation.

Slot machine means a mechanical or electronic gambling game device into which a player may deposit currency or forms of cashless wagering and from which certain numbers of credits are awarded when a particular configuration of symbols or events is displayed on the machine.
Artwork has the meaning set forth in Section 1.6(a).
ticket machine means an apparatus of a type and design approved by the Secretary of State for Transport for the purpose, inter alia of this Order, being apparatus designed to indicate the time by a clock and to issue parking tickets to show that a payment has been made of an amount or for a period specified thereon and which specify the date and either the time of such payment or the time at which the vehicle must leave the parking place;
Cart means a plastic Container with a hinged lid and wheels that is serviced by an automated or semi-automated Collection vehicle. A Cart has capacity of 20, 35, 64 or 96 gallons (or similar volumes).
Automotive windshield washer fluid means any liquid designed for use in a motor vehicle windshield washer system either as an antifreeze or for the purpose of cleaning, washing, or wetting the windshield. Automotive windshield washer fluid does not include fluids placed by the manufacturer in a new vehicle.
Fascia Sign means a sign attached to, marked or inscribed on, erected or placed against a wall forming part of a building, or supported by or through a wall of a building and having the exposed face thereof on a plane approximately parallel to the plane of such wall and includes a painted wall sign and an awning sign. A fascia sign shall not include any other sign defined in this By-law unless otherwise stated;
Canopy sign means a sign attached to or constructed in or on a canopy.
Flexographic printing means the application of words, designs, and pictures to a substrate by means of a roll printing technique in which the pattern to be applied is raised above the printing roll and the image carrier is made of rubber or other elastomeric materials.
Install means the complete installation of any item, equipment or material.
Flashing sign means a sign in which a symbol, figure, message or illustration intermittently appears and/or disappears and/or illuminated with varying colour or intensity.
Boxing means the sport of attack and defense using the fist, covered by an approved boxing glove.
Plate means the license plate, including renewal decals, if any, issued for a vehicle registered under the plan by the base jurisdiction.
Dispenser means a practitioner who dispenses.
Images means all types of visual content, including without limitation still photography, motion film or video and may include audio elements, whether generated optically, electronically, digitally or by any other means, and shall include all metadata, keywords, descriptions and captions associated therewith. Any reference to Images includes the whole or the part.
Game has the meaning ascribed to that term in the Control Act;
Antenna means communications equipment that transmits or receives electromagnetic radio frequency signals used in the provision of wireless services.
Bottle means any vessel intended to contain liquids and having a capacity of not more than 43
Cabin means a non-residential enclosure constructed of non-load bearing partitions;
Utensil means any implement used in the storage, preparation, transportation, or service of food.
Adult arcade means any place to which the public is permitted or invited wherein coin-operated or slug-operated or electronically, electrically, or mechanically controlled still or motion picture machines, projectors, or other image-producing devices are maintained to show images to five or fewer persons per machine at any one time, and where the images so displayed are distinguished or characterized by the depicting or describing of "specified sexual activities" or "specified anatomical areas."
Soft drinks means nonalcoholic beverages that contain natural or artificial sweeteners. "Soft drinks" does not include beverages that contain milk or milk products, soy, rice, or similar milk substitutes, or that contains greater than fifty per cent vegetable or fruit juice by volume.
Installer means an employee engaged in the fitting, fixing and installing of blinds of all types including venetian blinds, and awnings,
Insignia means Insignia Financial Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
Telecommunications Equipment means equipment, other than Customer Premises Equipment, used by a Carrier to provide Telecommunications Services, and include software integral to such equipment, including upgrades.
