Vehicle Sublease means a Vehicle Sublease in a form reasonably acceptable to Lender.

Each Permitted Subsidiary which is a lessee under the Enterprise Vehicle Master Lease, shall have executed a Vehicle Sublease with ARC, as the sublessor, and such Permitted Subsidiary, as the sublessee.
From and after the Funding Date, prior to any Subsidiary (other than the ARC Fleetwood Entities) operating or using a vehicle which is covered by the Enterprise Vehicle Master Lease, such Subsidiary shall have executed a Vehicle Sublease with respect to such vehicle with ARC, as the sublessor, and such Permitted Subsidiary, as the sublessee.
