Vehicle Registration means the registration of any commercial motor vehicle under the International Registration Plan (IRP) as defined in 49 U.S.C. Section 31701 or any other registration law or regulation of a State or foreign country.

Except as expressly provided in this Agreement for specific, isolated purposes (and then only to the extent expressly otherwise stated), all provisions of this Agreement apply equally and uniformly to all of the Scooters as one unit.
