Vehicle Arrest Systems or “Systems” shall mean the thirteen (13) entrance and five (5) exit Delta Barriers manufactured by Delta Scientific Corporation, one (1) exit Grab Net arrest system manufactured by Smith & Wesson Security Solutions, Three-(3) Gate Arm controllers manufactured by HySecurity, sixteen (16) Gate Arm controllers manufactured by Magnetic Automation Corporation and all associated materials, and equipment of any nature whatsoever furnished and installed in connection with these systems.
Vehicle Arrest Systems or “VAS” shall mean the nine (9) Vehicle Arrest Systems referred to in Exhibit “B” of the Contractor’s Pricing Sheet in Part IV and all associated materials, equipment and appurtances of any nature whatsoever furnished and installed in connection with these VAS.
