Vasogen Options means the options to purchase Vasogen Shares granted under the Vasogen Employee Stock Option Plan, the Vasogen Director Stock Option Plan or the Vasogen 2003 Employee Stock Option Plan, as applicable.

Examples of Vasogen Options in a sentence

  • In addition to any other restrictions under Section 190 of the CBCA, none of the following shall be entitled to exercise Vasogen Dissent Rights: (i) holders of Vasogen Options, (ii) holders of Vasogen DSUs, (iii) holders of Vasogen Warrants, and (iv) holders of Vasogen Shares who vote or have instructed a proxyholder to vote such Vasogen Shares in favour of the Vasogen Arrangement Resolution (but only in respect of such Vasogen Shares).

  • No former holder of Vasogen Options, Vasogen DSUs, Vasogen Warrants or IPC Options shall be entitled to receive any consideration in respect of such Vasogen Options, Vasogen DSUs, Vasogen Warrants or IPC Options, other than the rights such holder is entitled to receive in accordance with Section 2.2 of this Plan of Arrangement.

  • Company Stock Options shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 3.3(a) hereof.

  • Company Stock Option Plan means each stock option plan, stock award plan, stock appreciation right plan, phantom stock plan, stock option, other equity or equity-based compensation plan, equity or other equity based award to any employee, whether payable in cash, shares or otherwise (to the extent not issued pursuant to any of the foregoing plans), or other plan or contract of any nature with any employee pursuant to which any stock, option, warrant or other right to purchase or acquire capital stock of the Company or right to payment based on the value of Company capital stock has been granted or otherwise issued.

  • Restricted Stock Purchase Right means a right to purchase Stock granted to a Participant pursuant to Section 8.
