Vasogen Disclosure Letter definition

Vasogen Disclosure Letter means the letter of disclosure dated as of the date of this Agreement and signed by one or more officers of Vasogen and delivered to the IPC Companies with respect to certain matters in this Agreement.

Examples of Vasogen Disclosure Letter in a sentence

  • Except as provided on Schedule 3.1(j) of the Vasogen Disclosure Letter, no delisting of, suspension of trading in or cease trading order with respect to any securities of Vasogen and, to the knowledge of Vasogen, no inquiry or investigation (formal or informal) of any Securities Authority, is in effect or ongoing relating to any securities of any Vasogen Company or, to the knowledge of Vasogen, expected to be implemented or undertaken.
