Variation Deed definition

Variation Deed means this document as executed between the parties and its schedules and annexures.
Variation Deed means the variation deed, in the Agreed Form, to the Loan Agreement (as defined in the Original Agreement).
Variation Deed means the deed dated 10 February 2014 annexed at Annexure C to this Deed and as varied by this Deed. ​

  • In this National Variation Deed unless the context otherwise requires or an expression is defined as a capitalised term in clause 1.2 below, the expression shall have the same meaning given to it in the Agreement.

  • By virtue of the Statutory Transfer Scheme(s) under s300 of the 2012 Act listed below the party/ies defined as Commissioner(s) at the head of this National Variation Deed is/are now the Commissioner(s) for the purposes of the Agreement: The Parties have therefore agreed to vary the Agreement on the terms set out in this National Variation Deed.

  • Effective from the Variation Date, the parties agree to each comply with their obligations under the Agreement, as varied by this Variation Deed, in the same way as if those obligations were repeated in full in this Variation Deed, with only those changes necessary for them to apply to this Variation Deed.

  • Except where expressly stated otherwise in this Variation Deed, this Variation Deed does not create a relationship of partnership, employment, trust or agency between the parties and no party has the authority to act on behalf of, or bind, any other party.

  • If any provision of this Variation Deed is prohibited by law or judged by a court to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, the provision shall, to the extent required, be severed from this Variation Deed and rendered ineffective as far as possible without modifying the remaining provisions of this Variation Deed and shall not in any way affect any other circumstances of or the validity or enforcement of this Variation Deed.

Related to Variation Deed

  • Variation Agreement means the agreement a copy of which is set out in Schedule 2;

  • Accession Deed means a document substantially in the form set out in Schedule 6 (Form of Accession Deed).

  • Variation Form means the form that will be completed and signed by the Parties to effect a Variation which shall be in the form set out in Framework Schedule 19 (Variation Form);

  • the Variation Agreement means the agreement a copy of which is set out in Schedule 2.

  • Variation Notice means a written notice signed by a Shareholder (or each Shareholder in the case of a joint shareholding) under clause 8.1 in the form prescribed or approved by the Board from time to time, which may (without limitation) be combined with, or form part of, any other form or notice including an Election Form).
